Items you need everyday for a healthy soup:

- Roma tomatoes - fresh or canned (pick the low sodium and organic kind)
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Vegetable Oil
- Chicken Stock - (low sodium or homemade)
- Potatoes - used as a thickening agent
- Fresh herbs - pick what is in season
- Your choice of vegetable - leeks, spinach, squash..etc
- Deep soup pot
- Food Processor or hand blender
